Terms of registration
1. About the event
TEDxKMCT is organised by KMCT. This independent TEDx event is operated under license from TED.
2. Seats and tickets
Each ticket is for one person and one speaker session. You can book several sessions; each one has its own ticket and QR code. A ticket works for one entry only. Do not share or copy your QR code: the first scan is accepted and later scans are refused.
3. Who can register and what to bring
Register in the category that is true for you (Student, Faculty or General Public) and give correct details and a clear photo. Carry the valid ID you uploaded when you come to the event. Entry can be refused if the details, photo or ID do not match the person.
4. Prices, seat hold and payment
The price shown when you choose a session is the price you pay, including when an early bird offer ends while you are paying. Your seats are held for 15 minutes while you pay; after that they are released to other people. Payment is made through Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or UPI details.
5. Cancellation and refunds
If you pay but the seat is no longer available, your payment is refunded automatically to the original payment method. [ADD: the organisers' refund and cancellation policy for confirmed seats, with dates and any fees.]
6. Conduct
Please follow the instructions of the organisers and venue staff. The organisers may refuse or end entry for anyone who puts others at risk or disturbs the event.
7. Changes to the event
