Privacy policy
What we collect
Your name, email, mobile number, category, college and course (if you are a student or faculty), your photo, a photo or scan of your ID, the sessions you book, and the status of your payment. We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details: they go directly to Razorpay.
Why we use it
To confirm your seats, issue your tickets, send you your ticket and event messages by email and SMS, take payments and refunds, and check your photo and ID against you at the entrance.
Who can see it
Authorised organisers and gate staff of KMCT only. Your ID is visible only to organisers. We share the minimum needed with our payment provider (Razorpay) and with the services that send our emails and SMS. We do not sell your data.
How we protect it
Your photo and ID are kept in private storage and are shown only to you and to authorised organisers. Your ticket link contains a secret code: anyone who has the link can see your ticket, so please keep it to yourself.
How long we keep it

Your choices
